Fuel calculations are based on fuel used. Allow approximately five laps for data to reset and consumption to normalize.

Shift pct indicates the percentage of shift light illumination. I presume an RPM range has been assigned for each car in the iRacing code, and the shift pct value is a certain percentage of that range. 1 will give you a late shift light based on RPM, 0 will give you the earliest shift light. Most cars appear to require a shift at .7. The McLaren needs a 0.2. You will have to figure this out on your own a little bit.
